Eugene J. Cherny, M.D., F.A.C.S., is the director of Heartland Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He studied medicine at Rush Medical College in his hometown of Chicago. Legian specializes in Botox injections and Hyaluronic Acid fillers. Her favorite area to treat is the lips!
